Sam brings over 30 years of interior commercial and industrial workspace experience to Rain City. As Managing Director, Sam leads the team forward with his vision of creating the premier Interior Workspace Improvement company in Canada.

Passionately committed to his clients, Sam has a unique view of success by comparing it to a great single malt whiskey.  The goal of an exceptional single malt whiskey is to achieve very distinctive flavors and nuances that exemplify a single distillery’s style – like creating the best, unique solutions for every Client.

Design & Preconstruction Manager

TJ Reavley | 778-839-3392

There’s nothing more rewarding for TJ than to get immersed in the project details.  Identifying the right solutions for our clients means working with our consultants, trades and municipal officials.

As a natural team player, the commercial industry Design-Build environment is truly rewarding for TJ as it allows him to work on a broad cross-section of industries from beginning to end.

TJ enjoys outdoor adventures with his family.  You can find him out cruising the Fraser River, cooking lunch over a firepit in Campbell Valley Park, or taking advantage of the outdoors all year round.
